Given two Arrays, arr1 and arr2, write a C++ function to check if arr2 is a sub array of arr1.

For Example: if arr1 = {1, 2, 3, 4} and arr2= {2, 3} then arr2 is a sub of arr1 while if arr2={2, 4} then arr2 is not a sum of arr1.
