Create a method that takes a jagged array of integer numbers and inserts it into a dictionary and prints the dictionary. The key of the dictionary is a sequence number starts from 1 and the value of the dictionary is a list of number from the arrays inside the jagged array.

Handle all corner cases and if there is any expected exception, handle it properly using exception handling technique. Avoid general exception handling.

For example: for the jagged array J = {[1, 2], [3, 4, 5], [6]}, the method should create a dictionary with the following keys and values and prints the dictionary

2: a list containing 3, 4, 5
