I would like to allocate a range of memory locations for an array, carry out some initialization tasks on the array itself, and then store the associated memory address for the array as the pointer value stated at the outset of the question. If the tedious initialization tasks are rightfully to be executed in a function and if I would like to set the value for the indicated pointer not through a direct assignment, what do I do? Explain.
