1. Please write a program that will do the following: a. Begin by reading individual characters from a file (until reaching the EOF) b. Close the file c. Reopen it in append mode. d. Your program should then append a second copy of the original file contents, in reverse order e. Close the file again, then reopen it a third time, read the contents, and print them to the screen.
