a program that produces a bar chart showing the Average Closing Price of the stock market

starting with $2021$ and going back to $2015$ yearly. For each year it should display the date

and a bar consisting of one asterisk for each $3,000$ dollars. Your program should also write

the results to a file called StockResults.txt$.$

Note: Be careful as to what kind of loop and how you code your loop, there is NO error

with the information found in the text file. Do not base your solution on the contents of the

file. As a developer you will normally not have access to see the file that the users are using

as input. You need to write your solution based on the requirements for the program.
