In c++, using a switch case, create a program that offers 15%,18%,20%,22% or a custom tip. The program then calculates the appropiate total with the tip and tax (10%). If the user spends more than 10$ and tips more than 18% a boolean flag displays a 5% discount to the price and accordingly changes the price, otherwise no discount is given.
