in c++ using vectors and functions. three mens morris

theres 2 phases, the first is similar to tic tac toe, where a person and the AI each put down 3 chips. the second phase is to ask the user for a move(place of origin to an adjacent square) and move the chip, then do it with the AI. I need some help with the AI in the first and second phase.
