In C Write a program to convert the Cartesian coordinates of point P to its Polar coordinates. Your program must do the following;

$1.$ Input the Cartesian $($or Rectangular$)$ coordinates of point P from the keyboard.

$$ The input must be formatted as follows: $($x$,$y$).$

$$ where x is the distance to point P in the x direction.

$$ and y is the distance to point P in the y direction.

$$ Your program must remove the unnecessary characters.

$$ Both x and y should be real numbers $($i$.$e$.$ floats$).$

$2.$ Determine the Polar coordinates of point P$.$

$$ The angle must be calculated in degrees.

$$ The angle must be specified as a value between $180$ degrees and $+180$ degrees.

$3.$ Output the Polar coordinates of point P to the screen.

$$ Specify the radius with two digits to the right of the decimal point.

$$ Specify the angle with three digits to the right of the decimal point.
