In Chapter 14 (pgs. 245-248), we learned top team members need to have a set of specific skills in order to be effective:

Ensure that all departments are working together

Keep each other informed

Create a positive culture

Share best practices

Build strong partnerships

Commit to resolving conflicts quickly and fairly

Work closely together, cooperatively, congruently, and creatively

They also need to have the same knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSAs) of all work teams which we learned about in Chapter 3. On page 50 of the textbook, Stevens and Campion lists the Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes (KSAs) for team working.

In looking at the two lists, tell us at least three KSAs you currently have and at least three KSAs you would like to develop that would make you more effective as a member of the TMT. Provide examples of how you displayed your current KSAs.
