Yet one of the most successful companies in the world is the most secretive. The corporate culture of Apple, according to former employees, is obsessed with secrecy. Apparently, every project is so hush-hush that Apple teams, working independently, have absolutely no idea what their neighboring teams are doingand dont want to know. A monkish code of silence is practiced by all Apple employeesat work, at home, and on social media. Someone talking to an associate over lunch about their project is subject to being fired. Talking to your own spouse about your project is prohibited.... Question: What are some of the possible drawbacks to this code of silence between the various teams at Apple?
