In Chapter 5, we learned that interview questions must adhere to legal guidelines, be structured in a way that will allow for the candidate to showcase their skill set, and be targeted toward a specific job. We also learned that questions used in structured and unstructured interviews can be related to a candidate's experiences or behaviors in specific situations.

Using the Module 9 Discussion forum, please develop a list of five examples (not already given in the chapter) of situational and behavioral interview questions. After you complete your initial posting, please respond to at least one classmate who hasn't had a response, by role playing and answering their interview questions with a video or audio response.
