In Define phase we first sought to understand the defect phenomena that customers valued, and discovered

that the main complaints from customers were about highly defective after last maintenance or installation.

Then we used a matrix diagram to select the improvement project and understand the current situation,

shown in Table $2$ and figure $2$ and $3.$ The defect rate of product A was $8,8\%.$ Finally, the theme of this product
