In determining whether a work has joint authors, or who the author is between

two people claiming to be the author of a work, courts look to all of the factors

in deciding authorship except which one of the following:

A. who contributed creative expression

B. who controlled the creation of the work

whether the parties, after they created the work, intended to be joint

authors
