in Due date setting Procedures, why we don't take in account the load we just determine due dates for orders when they are released to the shop.

So, as you know when we receive the order from customer we should determine the due date and send back confirmation as soon as possible.

the methods for establishing the estimate of manufacturing time (CON, SLK,TWK) focus just on processing time, queue time, wait time,...and not the load at the time of order receipt.

could you please, why we don't take account the load to calculate the due date of orders receipt.

thanks.
