Subject: Developing a Process to Find a New Company Name

Paul,

As $$ my committee and $$ have been working for the past three months to find or create a new name for our company. This report describes our Questions Ravigation Menu is point.

Background: Many potential customers have failed to recognize our document$-$scanning service from our current $(]$you and other members of management created a committee to investigate changing our name to one that is $$ and more meaningful.
