Question: In Excel, I need to use the SAMPLING function in the data analysis area to generate a sample of 30 unique ID's from a population

In Excel, I need to use the SAMPLING function in the data analysis area to generate a sample of 30 unique ID's from a population of 100. However, I am getting duplicates every single time I try it and I can't figure out why. Screenshots below of the formula I am using and then the results with the duplicates highlighted

How do you use the SAMPLING function and NOT get duplicate results?

Shouldn't the SAMPLING function give 30 unique results? Why am i getting duplicates every time I do it?
