IN JAVA!!!

Create a process of a create user account in the system, for a new user In Java

basically need a program that will create a user account

should begin with asking the new user to create a user account with username and password

Should start with asking new user for a email include a input file with a list of random emails if email matches one of the ones in the input file system will tell user that email is already in use please choose another one

followed by user creating a username

Password should consist of 8 characters which include Uppercase, Lowercase, numbers, and a special character
