employee(ID Number, Name, hours wanted to work each week, Job Title) Jobs(Title, Hourly Pay, Manager of Job)

Your driver/tester class would create several employees, create several jobs, then put the employees in correct job titles. You can sort the list according to employee ID number, name or other field.

Another class could be called Hired which could use an array because arrays have a fixed size to fill the jobs needed. Use arrays, linked lists, and insertion sort to put the employees in the correct job title area until full.
