Implement the array list ADT by means of an extendable array used in a circular fashion , so that insertions and deletions at the beginning and insertion and deletion at the end of the array list run in constant time.(circular link list) For the insertions and deletions at the beginning and insertions at the end PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY LOOPS, and don't include anything from the java library, so i can understand the code Thank you
