In Java please,

Write a program named Checkerboard.java that prompts the user running it to enter one integer value N. The program outputs a two-dimensional N-by-N checkerboard pattern with alternating spaces and asterisks. Your program needs to work for any N value (ie. N = 4, N=7, N=24)

Example: n=5

* * * * *

* * * * *

* * * * *

* * * * *

* * * * *

There should be spaces alternating with each, however it's not registering the spaces.
