In Luke $6$:$27-31$ it talks about the "Golden Rule". "But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. Command and teach these things. $12$ Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity. $13$ Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching. If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. Do to others as you would have them do to you." The global operations can apply the golden rule by not thinking of the competition as enemy, taking in the insult without acting out, and if someone takes your idea then add to it$.$ For customer focus connects to this because we should treat others the way we want to be treated by others. Making sure the customers satisfaction come first because they are the ones that keep our business running. Being a business owner can make us forget how to be humble real quick. Creating a positive work enviroment is important because that keeps employees and makes everyone motivated to come to work. Continuous improvement and learning relates to this because treating others as you would yourself is a reflection of yourself and your inner spirit. This helps you to continuously grow as a person. Overall, the "golden rule" shows the qualities a person should have and how we should treat others, wherever we are in life
