Question 4 Write a function called rotleft that will receive one row vector as an argument (you may assume that it is a row vector with a length of at least two) and will return another vector, which consists of the input vector rotated to the left, e.g., all values shift over one element, and the first element is wrapped around to the end. For example, >> rotleft([1 3 4]) ans = 3 4 1
