$13.$ Open the OrStates query in Design View and make the following changes to the query:

a$.$ Move the State field so that it is the first field in the query design grid.

b$.$ Add criteria to select only those records where the value in the State field is NY or NJ$.$

c$.$ Sort the records in ascending order by State and then by LastName.

Open the query in Datasheet View and confirm that it matches Figure $1.$ Close the query, saving if necessary.
