I also was informed on various corporate forms of ownership and how a business is incorporated. Legal considerations for starting a new venture and registering a business with government entitles was also a huge part of this module. There are 5 different forms of doing business. The 5 forms of doing business include sole proprietorship, c-corporation, s-corporation, partnership, and LLC. To determine the form thats needed depends on the business short and log term needs. Within this lesson there was a business structure comparison gave me examples of characteristics while listing if they are c-corp, s-corp, or LLC. It gave me a google example of all three forms. Legal agreements that may be required include subscription agreements, purchase/sale agreements, confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, customer agreements, and employment agreements.
