In my Engineering $1000$ class, I faced challenges while leading a reengineering project with randomly assigned partners. Initially, roles were delegated smoothly, but as the deadline approached, it became evident our project lacked depth. Recognizing the issue, I took on a leadership role, communicating concerns with my group. Despite assurances, I believed additional work was necessary. With approval, I proactively enhanced each group member's contributions, ensuring collaboration and improving the project's quality. By being proactive, communicating effectively, and taking action to address deficiencies, I contributed to our team's efforts and ultimately helped overcome the difficulties we faced.
