Question: In my first calculations I got NPV = - $ 1 , 2 2 7 . 2 3 and and IRR of 8 % .

In my first calculations I got NPV =-$1,227.23 and and IRR of 8%. Would that make sense? I did this, I calculated the present value of all the NCF, then I did: NPV = total sum of present values - NINV and for the second part, would I do the same (if right)? and how would I set that up?
