Question:
In our discussion of the truncation hypothesis, we observed that children often produce small clauses. Is there any evidence in the Session 6 data that Claire produces structures that are bigger than small clauses (i.e. evidence for DP, IP, CP structures)? If so, list these utterances (include also utterance numbers) and briefly explain how they support your claim. (You do not need to draw trees but you can if you want.) - please use examples from column 2 as those are the sentences produced by the child whereas column one are produced but the adult.
- please use the exact sentences of the child for examples when replying to the question
