In our java Eclipse IDE we have a function which returns a LinkedList which three parameters out of the $3$ parameters two are LinkedList$>$ questions and LinkedList$>$ answers, and the third parameter is of type int called random. There are $4$ csv files on our local disk each of them have $10$ rows and $3$ columns, the columns are row number, String question, String answer. The task of our function is to choose a random question which is our third parameter from the list of total questions which is $40(10$ from each csv files$)$ how to implement this correctly and avoid getting errors such out IndexOutOfBoundException. please demonstrate with an clear example for simplicity and clarity
