In part $1,$ the class will collectively identify the characteristics of a project. In order to do this, each student will describe what a project is and how a project differs from a process?In part $2,$ each student will succinctly describe an example of a project in which he or she has participated and indicate how this project exhibits his or her criteria of a project identified in part $1.$ You may use the examples on page $44$ of the course text to recall examples of projects. What the project successfully completed? What metrics $($cost$,$ scope, time, quality etc.$)$ were used to determine if the project was successful?Use independent research to frame your responses answers and make sure you appropriately cite all references used. Make sure you label your responses as part $1$ and part $2.$
