1. Write a Program that initialized a list based by user input and:

1. Remove the middle element if the list length is odd, or the middle two elements if the length is even
2. Print the second-largest element in the list
3. Print the index of second-largest element in the list
4. print true if the list contains duplicate elements
5. Compute the alternating sum of all elements in a list. example: 1 4 9 16 9 7 4 9 11 then it computes 1 4 + 9 16 + 9 7 + 4 9 + 11 = 2
