In preparation for your final project, you will complete an initial analysis of the case study located in module one reading and resources. your introduction should use the facts outlined in the case to describe the company, a problem the company needs to address and the resources it has available to address the problem.

Section C$,$ resources, should include a SWOT analysis of the resources level and management of the organization in the case study. you should list at least three items for each section. $($you can use outside resources other than the case study in order to develop your SWOT$)$

Specifically, you mudt address the following rubric criteria.

A$.$ Company: describe the company, its goals, and its stakeholders. which company discussed in the case study? what are the companys goals? who are the companys stakeholder?

B$.$ Problem: descibe a problem that the company in the case study is trying to solve. how is the problem preventing the company from meeting its goal? how does the problem affect the companys stakeholders?

C$.$ Analyze the companys resource management including detailed SWOT analysis. In other words, is the company managing its resources effectively? how is the effectiveness of the resource management related to the problem you identified?
