Define a function called list_front that takes a Python list containing integers as an argument, and returns True if one of the first four elements in the list is a 9 or else returns False (includes when the list has less than four elements). For instance: the call list_front9([1, 2, 9, 3, 4]) returns True whereas both list_front9([1, 2, 3, 4, 9]) and list_front9([1, 2, 3]) return false
