For a bank application, a program that can open a customer account will be written by determining the user name, surname, user number, password and balance. Multiple users can be registered for a customer account with different user numbers. The customer's login to the system will be done with his user number and password. If the username or password is entered incorrectly three times, the account will be blocked. When entered correctly, the password can be changed upon request. When the user is logged into the system, if the user balance is over 10 TL(Turkish Liras) and the account of the other user in the same bank is not blocked, the transfer will be made by entering the user account number and amount. In addition, balance information query and exit from the program options will be added for the user. Write this application using the Python programming language. Note: Functions can be used in creating the program. Other than that, it is forbidden to add a library and to solve it, to use an object-oriented programming approach. Two-dimensional arrays / lists should be used to hold customer information. Notice : Program output sample, not only for this output, but the program that responds to all the situations requested in the question should be created.
