In python Implement the routine getBinaryStrings which accepts an integer $n$ and returns a list

of all binary numbers of length $n,$ in numerical order. Each binary string should be

represented as a list of integers.

Ex: if the input: $2,$ the output: $\left[\begin{array}{cc}0& 0\\ 0& 1\\ 1& 0\\ 1& 1\end{array}\right]$
