In reference to the Chatbot's answer it is deemed as innacurate. It is stated in the chatbot'sanswer that the court found in favour of the family member who was seeking reimbursement ofmoney borrowed and by applying the legal principles of the case ofLICHAA v LICHAA NSWSC2010,and that Steve can recover half the money owed to the bank. However according to thecase ofLICHAA v LICHAAthe Plaintiffs' claim dismissed with costs where the Judge deemed "Iam not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that any agreement was reached that thedefendants and the plaintiffs reached any legally binding agreement either in the terms allegedor at all as to the sharing of losses.
