In Session $2,$ your group will be introduced to a case study of an organisational crisis situation. In your group, you are to prepare and deliver a voiceover presentation of no more than $20$ minutes covering the following points:

A critical assessment of the crisis situation and its implications for internal and external stakeholders using appropriate stakeholder mapping techniques.

A critical assessment of likely communication challenges within the context of the given situation.

A proposed crisis communications protocol that is based on widely accepted frameworks and considers solutions to the challenges that you have identified.

A proposed allocation of roles that each of you could assume as part of your proposed crisis communication protocol. $$

For each role, an outline of responsibilities, reporting lines and possible challenges in executing this role. This is to presented by the group member representing the respective role.

Each part is equally weighted.$$Your presentation must be underpinned with conceptual and relevant industry evidence and correctly referenced.
