Here is my code for attempting to pull all employees with the birthday in July

SELECT FirstName, Lastname, BirthDate FROM Employees WHERE BirthDate>='1962-07-01' and BirthDate<='1969-07-31' GROUP BY Birthdate, LastName, FirstName;

However the query should only have 2 records and its pull 4 (one birthdate in august and the other in december) What adjustments do I need to do in order for those 2 additional dates to drop off and have it only be for the month of July
