In strategy, often there are no right or wrong approaches. There is doing and learning from doing - if an action works, it leads to a successful strategy. If it doesn't, firms need to learn from their failure and quickly pivot. Porter has long argued that "Operational Efficiency isn't Strategy". Do you agree with this statement? Why or why not?
