In the Conclusion chapter the text refers to the Five Phases of Constructing a Self-Managed Company. Based on the following scenarios please choose which phase each of these companies are in and why they seem to fit that phase.

1. The company has existed for about a year and has a small staff. The owner still makes 95% of all decisions.
2. The company has grown and you have hired a more professional leadership team. These people lead their departments and make most department level decisions. You however still make all corporate level decisions.
3. The company has just launched and you perform almost every role and task.
4. Your company has grown to the point where you now have key employees handling the day-to-day tasks of the business but you still oversee the majority of decisions.
5. The leadership team you have hired is very strong and you have reached a point where you can take more personal time or spend time on the road exploring strategic ideas. The day-to-day management and the majority of major decisions are handled by the team.
