a)If something is to get done, someone must transfer their energy to that task; it will not happen on its own. For a person to keep transferring energy to other tasks, he or she needs to get replacement energy, be reheated, through excitement, creativity and a reenergizing work environment.

b) Heating a beaker of liquid in a high school lab class and adding unknown chemicals until the concoction explodes will reduce your grade by two letters.
