Use Create and Insert SQL statements to create the five tables either on CSIS615 or your own server if you have MS SQL server installed. You will need to use insert SQL statements to enter all the sample data into those tables.

Turn in: A set of create and insert statements for all the tables for Colonial Adventure Tours and screenshots of the tables on the server. Make sure all the SQL statements are in one file and the screenshots can be on a different file or can be combined with your SQL statements if you use Microsoft Word.
