In this 5 - 7 minute speech, you will be given the opportunity to persuade your audience about a topic of your choice by using Monroe's Motivated Sequence. Speech Instructions: 1. Choose a topic related to a social issue/problem and select your position. Ensure that your aim is to persuade. Your topic must be different than your last two speeches. 2. Research your topic. You MUST use slideware (Powerpoint, Prezi, Google slides, etc.) and a minimum of 3 slides. You may add tangible objects if you wish.
