In this activity, your supervisor has tasked you with writing a trend analysis. You will need to identify one HRM trend that is being adopted or could be adopted by your organization of interest

How do you see the trend impacting HRM at your organization? Why do you think that it might benefit your organization? Please be specific as you can, citing examples from your research and knowledge of your company.

You must include a minimum of two significant citations (one from the textbook and one from a scholarly journal article. The articles must be within the last two years. In addition (but not as an alternative), you may include references from the internet including blogs, articles, and videos.

At the end of your submission, include a brief Design Statement explaining the process and tools you used to develop your work.

Your statement should be about a paragraph or so, in your own words (rather than formally written), and unique to this assignment.
