In this Application Activity, you will apply what we have learned about contracts to your personal life$/$career$.$ Please consider $4$ contracts that you have entered into $($or that are common in your current or future career$).$ For each contract, please provide the following:

a$.$ a brief factual description of the contract $(1$ pt$.)$

b$.$ a list of all four of the elements of a basic contract $($which we have learned about$)($offer$,$ acceptance, consideration, legality$)$

For each of the elements, please discuss in one to three sentences why the facts demonstrate the existence of that element for that particular contract
