The best option is this project to be related to the health care field. No matter in what professional direction is the project, the student should include several main components in order to explain the project idea. These are:

Every assignment must have an appropriate title of the project. It must be explained in simple but precise language based on the theory from the lectures and additional reading materials. There must be logical link between all the parts. Statistical data, diagrams, photos etc. are welcomed to support the text. There must be sources of information, related to the theory and data, that must be cited properly by the student where appropriate in the text. The whole assignment must not exceed 4500 words and must have standard formatting of a text file. A decent title page and a content page is required. Here is the detailed explanation of all subparts of the assignment:

Introduction (8 marks) - describe what your dream project is about generally it could be: A. Creating of a new healthcare organization (or system, activity, product, etc.) or B. Changing or modifying an existing healthcare organization (or system, activity, product, etc.). Shortly explain your personal involvement & reasons for choosing your project; present your view about how this project is related to your career - now and in the future.

Project Rationale (20 marks) - determine the real problem that you have to solve - give your explanation for choosing your project, its importance and value - make an appropriate analysis, including statistical data, research results, strategic documents, etc. Try to predict and explain what the possible development of your project will be in the next 10 20 years (expected changes and general conclusion about its vitality).

Project Objectives and Strategies (12 marks) - main and specific SMART objectives of your project. Explain what the healthcare strategies of your health care organization will be. What will be included in your healthcare strategic plan.

Project Activities (20 marks) Please, explain how you will maintain quality of healthcare, patient safety and prevent medical errors include quality management type and initiatives; evidence-based management etc. Further on, give explanation what type of healthcare accreditation scheme you will apply in your project. What activities should be performed to achieve the end results; describe projects major tasks and work breakdown i.e. how will you execute the project; for how long and with what schedule (project activity plan).

Management (20 marks) Explain how you will achieve quality of leadership required in healthcare industry, discuss various leadership styles and approaches available this must include project team; organizational structure; organizational culture; leadership style; human resources management - recruiting, measuring, motivating, training etc.

Resources (12 marks) - Explain how you will ensure good healthcare financial management principles. Present what financial resources you will need and budget (main and specific costs and income tables, expected profit, etc.). Further on, explain the type and quantity of resources you need - human resources, physical resources, natural resources, know how etc.

Conclusion and Recommendations (8 marks) Make a short conclusion about the future of your project after you complete it. Try to predict what will happen after 10 years from its beginning. Specify some recommendations about its current success and future development.
