In this assignment, we will use one case to examine chapter concepts from $3$ different, but related chapters $-$ Chapters $10,11,$ and $12.$ The assignment asks you to evaluate the case from $3$ different perspectives and seats of understanding: Conflict & Negotiation, Decision$-$Making, and Leadership.

Within the case you will find numerous examples of chapter concepts from all three chapters. You are to choose one major concept and its supporting $($minor$)$ concepts from each chapter to discuss in your paper. $($If you do not know the difference between a Major Concept and a Minor Concept in a reading, reach out to me now. The size and color of the font is typically a tipoff.$)$

Here's an example of a Major Chapter Concept and its Minor Concepts:

In Chapter $10,$ Conflict & Negotiation at Work, "Causes of Conflict" is a Major chapter concept $($section $10\mathrm{.}3).$ That Major concept offers six possible reasons $($causes$)$ of conflict $($see Figure $10\mathrm{.}3).$ In your paper, discuss whatever major concept you choose and the supporting $($minor$)$ concepts as they apply to the case. $($In this example, all six causes
