Part Four: Identify at least one lesson you think health care decision makers should learn (and how health care facilities might practically deliver health care) so as to minimize their exposure to liability in fact patterns like those in Rawlins and McCorry (i.e., liability for the conduct of physicians who are not employed by the facility).
