Here are the step by step assignment descriptions:
1) Watch all the videos on PPC posted on the Moodle site.
2) Before you start, consider extending your learning by watching a few more videos on YouTube, particularly videos about Google Ads or BingAds.
3) OPTIONAL: Consider opening a free account on BingAds.Microsoft.com or on Google.com/ads. This step is completely optional, but it may be helpful in order to learn how things work in practice. I made this step optional, given that this might be a quite time-consuming activity, and it requires time and patience, just like in the case of creating your Shopify store.
If you do decide to open your account at Bing or Google Ads, please make sure not to give them your credit card info, and also, very importantly, make sure to PAUSE your campaigns so you don't get charged. Also, note that Google will most likely know or require your credit card info, so I would try with BingAds instead. In any scenario, again, make sure to PAUSE your campaigns so you don't get charged.
4) Now think about your strategy for a moment. Decide which of your products/services from the selected website do you want to particularly promote on Google? Where would you sell your products (in which regions)? What are the key phrases that you plan to use? What are the devices that you will advertise on? What type of campaign will you use (e.g. Search, or Display, etc.).
5) Now you are ready to start filling the attached PPC Plan template. Answer all grey fields in the attached file for the purpose of this assignment. Make sure to fill out all available sheets in the provided Excel template.
