In this assignment, you are asked to propose an EVA process to be used by an organization in which multiple complex multi-month projects are managed simultaneously by multiple project managers and project teams.

Address the following in an APA-formatted composition of at least four pages:

1. Select a large real organization with which you are familiar or a large hypothetical organization. Identify the organization and describe it.
2. Propose a monthly process that involves, at a minimum, the following:
3. Team members update the percentage completion of each task for each project in MS Project Gantt charts;
4. Project Managers review the percentage complete data and validate it;
5. Accounting runs a cost report for all projects;
6. A centralized entity, like a PMO, prepares SPI and CPI metrics from the MS Project files and the cost report and publishes the SPI and CPI for every project OR each project team calculates the SPI and CPI data for its project (you decide and explain your rationale for that approach);
7. Project managers perform root cause analysis as needed based on the CPI and SPI metrics for their projects and identify corrective actions as needed;
8. Someone (you identify who this would be and how it would happen) presents the CPI and SPI data for all projects to the executive management team with the project managers present;
9. Each project manager with CPI and SPI data that falls outside of some range (you decide what that range should be and why) explains the root cause and planned corrective action.
10. Create a flowchart that depicts the process in the way you believe it should occur, identifying the timing for each step since it is to be a monthly recurring business process, and the responsible parties. This should appear in the body of the paper or in an appendix (you may need to use landscape formatting for the page on which it appears, and you will likely need to create the flowchart using software other than Word and then move the diagram to your paper),
