In this assignment you are expected to demonstrate how you could apply what you have learned under the subject of Financial Management in your own organization. You are expected to choose three separate areas of such applications and repeat the following activity for each application. 1

. The basic financial accounting, management accounting or financial management concept or the tool and how you understood it in your own language. (1.5 marks)

2. Describe how you could apply the discussed tool to improve performance, solve problems, make better decisions or make use of business opportunities. (4.0 marks)

3. The challenges which you may face when you attempt to apply the specific learning into practice. Some of these challenges may be related to the lack of information, lack of resources or competent people to do the analysis. (1.5 marks)

Marks for each application discussed 7 marks

These marks will be multiplied by three for the three applications 7*3 = 21 marks

Additional 4 marks for your overall understanding of the value addition from the course.

The submission should be around 1,000 words excluding the company description.
